President Prabowo Subianto is set to receive a royal honor during his visit to Brunei on Wednesday.

Prabowo will be awarded the Darjah Kerabat Laila Utama Yang Amat Dihormati (Most Esteemed Family Order of Laila Utama) by Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah on Wednesday.
"The award is a mark of the Sultanate’s highest honor for world leaders who have contributed to strengthening cooperation with Brunei,” Yusuf Permana, protocol, press and media deputy at the Presidential Secretariat, said in a statement on Wednesday.
Prabowo arrived on Wednesday morning in the capital Bandar Seri Begawan for the state visit, during which he will be received by the sultan with a ceremonial welcome at the Nurul Iman Palace.
He is accompanied by cabinet members, including Coordinating Economic Minister Airlangga Hartarto, Coordinating Social Empowerment Minister Muhaimin Iskandar, Migrant Workers Protection Minister Abdul Kadir Karding, Foreign Minister Sugiono and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.

The President is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with the sultan, where the two leaders will discuss efforts to enhance cooperation across various sectors, amid more than four decades of diplomatic relations between the countries.
